The Results Are In

Thank you to the 1,135 people who placed their faith in me and put an X next to my name. It means more to me than you probably realise.

Given the national picture, I was predicted to receive around 496 votes, so I’m absolutely buzzing that we more than doubled that total.

Voting has finished

Thank you so much for your support during this campaign.

I have loved every minute of it. I've loved chatting about local issues. Whatever the result, I'll continue serving our community.

The results are predicted to be announced at about 2 pm tomorrow.

It's Polling Day!

As you can see from the image above, I absoultely love voting. I cannot wait to get my hands on that extra special balllet paper and put an 'X' next to my name!

I guarantee you, a vote for me will be far more appriciated than a vote for any of the other candidates.

Each vote counts, so please make yours count.

Roads for everyone

Active travel benefits us all. When our streets are designed for everyone: drivers, cyclists, pedestrians, runners, motorcyclists and bus users, we all win. Right now, too often, that balance isn’t there. Cars get stuck behind bikes, and many people who might otherwise cycle choose to drive instead because they don’t feel safe.

Bus travel should be delightful

Our buses, as they stand, are simply not good enough. They need to be reliable, comfortable and cheap. They also need to go where we want to go, when we want to go. It isn't easy, and it is already being worked on. I promise I would be a loud voice to represent the needs of people living in our ward to ensure our needs understood and not forgotten.

Greeener than the Greens

A bold claim I know. For me, what matters most is protecting our planet in ways that actually work. Being green is about making sustainable choices the easiest choices. Our planet cares about results, not words or labels.

A Proven Track Record, Real Experience

I’m especially proud to have founded a successful tech business, giving me real insight into the challenges and opportunities facing modern organisations. As a governor at Totley Primary School, I’ve helped improve children’s diets, while as President of an international human rights organisation representing 40,000 young people, I founded a global charity week recognised in the House of Lords. These experiences reflect my commitment to leadership, community impact, and delivering meaningful change.

A September Walk Though Our Ward

I started my walk in Totley, following the path up towards Bradway. I love the beautiful views at the top of Mickley Lane. I walked through the top of Bradway before winding my way down Twentywell, turning into the woods at Abbeydale Golf club, and onto Abbeydale Road. From there, the trail took me through the beautiful Ecclesall Woods, with their dappled light and early signs of autumn, and onwards into Whirlow.
